Choosing the Right Hot Tub for Your Northumberland Home
Buying a hot tub is a significant investment, so it’s important to choose one that works for your garden and the way you intend to use it.
We don’t believe in simply selling you the biggest hot tub we have.
Instead, we’ll look at things such as:
Available space
The size and layout of your garden will have a major influence on which hot tub is suitable.
You also need to consider access. A hot tub may fit perfectly into your garden, but we need to establish whether it can actually get there.
We’ll discuss access before installation, including gates, pathways, walls, fences, steps and other potential obstacles.
Number of users
Are you looking for a two or three-person hot tub for relaxing as a couple?
Perhaps you need a larger family hot tub with enough seating for everyone.
We stock a variety of configurations, allowing you to choose a hot tub based on how you actually intend to use it.
Features
Modern hot tubs can include a huge range of features, including:
- Hydrotherapy jets
- LED lighting
- Waterfalls and fountains
- Bluetooth audio
- Wi-Fi connectivity
- Smartphone control
- Balboa control systems
- Loungers
- Multiple seating positions
- Different jet configurations
- Energy-efficient insulation systems
Our team can explain the differences between models so you can make an informed decision rather than simply choosing based on a specification sheet.
Hot Tub Installation in Northumberland
Once you’ve chosen your hot tub, our installation team can take care of the next stage.
Hot tub installation in Northumberland needs to be planned properly. It’s not simply a case of dropping the hot tub into the garden and plugging it in.
Before installation, we can discuss the location of your hot tub, access requirements and the practical considerations involved in getting it into position.
Our experienced installation team will work with you to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Hot Tub Delivery and Access
One of the biggest questions customers ask us is:
“How are you going to get the hot tub into my garden?”
Every property is different.
Some hot tubs can be moved through side access, while other properties may require specialist lifting equipment or alternative access arrangements.
That’s why we recommend discussing access with us before ordering.
We can help identify potential problems before your delivery date rather than discovering them on installation day.
Why Buy a Hot Tub From a North East Showroom?
Buying a hot tub online can make it difficult to understand exactly what you’re getting.
Pictures and specifications can only tell you so much.
At Lust Hot Tubs, you can visit our North Shields showroom and see our hot tubs for yourself.
We have working displays, allowing you to see the controls, lighting, water features and other features in operation.
You can take your time, ask questions and compare different models before deciding which hot tub is right for you.
We believe this is particularly important when you’re spending several thousand pounds on a hot tub.
Hot Tub Supply, Installation and Aftercare
Our relationship with customers doesn’t have to end once the hot tub has been installed.
At Lust Hot Tubs, we also provide hot tub servicing, maintenance and repairs across the North East.
Keeping your hot tub properly maintained can help protect your investment and ensure it continues operating correctly.
We can provide professional servicing and valet services, as well as hot tub chemicals for both rigid hot tubs and inflatable spas.
Our own premium range of hot tub chemicals is also available from our North Shields showroom and online.
Hot Tub Servicing in Northumberland
Regular servicing is something many hot tub owners overlook.
A hot tub is a complex piece of equipment containing pumps, heaters, filtration systems, jets, plumbing and electrical components.
Our professional servicing can include checks and maintenance designed to keep your hot tub operating correctly.
If your hot tub isn’t heating properly, has a water-flow issue, is showing an error code or simply needs some professional attention, our engineers can also investigate and diagnose problems.
Hot Tubs for Northumberland Homes, Holiday Lets and Businesses
Hot tubs aren’t just for private gardens.
We also work with customers looking to install hot tubs at:
- Holiday lets
- Airbnb properties
- Lodges
- Glamping sites
- Holiday cottages
- Guest accommodation
- Commercial properties
A professionally installed hot tub can be an attractive addition to holiday accommodation, particularly when combined with the right maintenance and servicing schedule.
For commercial and holiday-let customers, we can also discuss ongoing maintenance requirements.
What Does a Hot Tub Installation Involve?
Every installation is different, but the process will generally involve:
- Choosing your hot tub
We’ll help you compare models based on your space, number of users, features and budget.
- Checking access
We’ll discuss how the hot tub will get from the delivery point to its final location.
- Preparing the installation area
Your hot tub needs a suitable, stable and level base capable of supporting its weight when filled with water and occupied.
- Delivery
Your hot tub will be delivered to your property and moved into position using the appropriate method for your installation.
- Installation
We’ll position the hot tub and complete the relevant installation work.
- Getting you started
We’ll explain the basic operation, water care and maintenance requirements so you know how to look after your new hot tub.
Finance Options Available
For customers looking to spread the cost, finance options may be available on selected hot tubs, subject to status and eligibility.
At Lust Hot Tubs, we can explain the available finance options when you’re choosing your hot tub.
Always make sure you understand the total amount payable and the terms of any finance agreement before proceeding.
