At Lust Hot Tubs, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing our customers genuinely happy with their new outdoor space — and this recent installation in Shiremoor, Newcastle was no exception.
We recently completed the supply and installation of one of our stunning Sun Beach hot tubs for an amazing family who were in the middle of a full garden renovation project. From the very beginning, the customer had a vision of creating the perfect luxury outdoor retreat, and after exploring our range, she decided that a Sun Beach hot tub would become the centrepiece feature of her new garden design.
From planning through to installation, our team worked incredibly hard to make sure every detail was completed to the highest standard. We treat every project with the same care and dedication, but moments like this remind us exactly why we love what we do.
The transformation of the garden has been absolutely incredible, and the finished result speaks for itself. Most importantly, the customer is completely over the moon with her new hot tub and outdoor living space.
Now, we also have to mention one of the funniest parts of the installation day — the customer took great pleasure in keeping our engineers firmly under control throughout the entire project! As you can probably see from the photo, she fully embraced her new role as “site manager” for the day, making sure the Team Lust engineers stayed on their toes at all times. Safe to say, everyone had plenty of laughs from start to finish, and it made the whole experience even more memorable.
One of the best compliments we can receive as a business is knowing we’ve made a real difference for our customers, and this lovely family went one step further by inviting Team Lust back for a future BBQ celebration once the garden is fully complete — a gesture that genuinely means the world to us.
